Malika Ladak, DVM

Dr. Malika Ladak completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Ontario Veterinary College in the spring of 2020. Prior to this, she completed her Honours B.Sc. in Zoology at the University of Guelph. Originally from Markham, Ontario, Malika always had an interest in animals and science. Before becoming a veterinarian, she volunteered and worked at the Toronto Wildlife Centre, the Toronto Zoo, and several small animal veterinary practices. She practiced in Brockville and Toronto, Ontario after graduation, and is happy to be back! Dr. Ladak also currently volunteers her time at the Toronto Wildlife Centre as a volunteer wildlife veterinarian.

Dr. Ladak strives to make every veterinary visit a personalized and comprehensive experience, along with her lovable personality. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys baking, meditation, and yoga, keeping physically active, and traveling with her husband. One of her life goals is to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania! Dr. Ladak is excited to meet you all and looks forward to developing strong relationships with you and your beloved pets.
